What we collect

When you join the Health EM² early list, we collect the information you provide: your email address and, optionally, your first name. If you arrive from a link with marketing parameters (such as UTM source or campaign), we record those so we know which outreach brought you here. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, health information such as symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or lab results through the early-list form.

How we use it

We use your information to send product updates and educational emails about Health EM², including invitations to early pilots and research. We store and process early-list data in HubSpot, our customer relationship platform. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not collect protected health information through this website's marketing form.
• Joining the early list is not enrollment in medical care, and it does not create a clinician–patient relationship.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, buttons clicked, form completions). Analytics data is not used to identify you personally beyond the contact record you choose to create by joining the early list.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or by writing to hello@healthem2.com to ask that your contact record be removed.
